Our consultants meet with the executives from your organisation to clarify performance issues – what are the barriers to achieving the vision. This gives an assessment of the executives involved and the roles they will play in the solution.
Business Improvement Discussions
Meetings with other key people are used to learn their views regarding the strengths and challenges of the business and their own individual needs and goals. Additional data collection methods will also be used, such as interviews, site tours, company data, customer focus meetings and surveys.
