Team Action Series
All participants involved with implementing the solution maintain work flow and proceed with continuous improvement teams. These teams are facilitated by your internal coaches and mentored by the leadership team. d.i.associates' consultants and trainers continue their involvement in the consultancy and training initiatives by presenting briefings and coaching sessions at the appropriate meetings.
